one AI avatar, every post

You've done this before

The third account, the same blank page.

I started three accounts and quit.

I never know what to post.

I don't know what to sell.

I don't have time to write scripts.

AI makes me sound like a robot.

You opened the account full of ideas. You posted for three weeks, maybe five. Then one evening you sat down to make tomorrow's post and nothing came.

One reel took two hours. You still weren't sure what you were selling. The AI draft you tried read like everyone else's, so you deleted it.

So you stopped. A few months later you started again, and the same blank page was waiting for you.

Every post started from zero. No plan, no record of what worked, none of your customers' words to pull from. That is where the hours went.

About that robot voice

Generic in, generic out.

Type "write me a reel about burnout" into an empty chat and Claude knows nothing about you. So it writes the average reel about burnout, and it sounds like everyone.

An empty chat starts from

A topic, and a guess.

  • No idea who you help or how they talk
  • No idea what you sell
  • No memory of what you posted last week
  • A fresh guess at your voice, every time
Every draft here starts from

Your brand, written down.

  • Your Brand Brain: who you help, their exact words, your point of view, your story, the phrases you'd never say
  • Your offers, each with its own keyword, so every post points somewhere real
  • Your plan: what this week is for, and the one job each format has
  • Your last two months of posts, so no angle or hook comes back
How it works

Set it up once. Then just ask.

  1. Step 1

    Connect

Duplicate the workspace and connect Claude. A Start Here page gives you the exact sentence to type at each step.

  2. Step 2

    Your Brand Brain

An eight-stage interview. When an answer is vague, Claude asks again until it is specific and yours.

  3. Step 3

    Offers and plan

What you sell, in order, and a weekly rhythm built from the hours you really have.

  4. Step 4

    Your face, or not

An AI avatar, an AI twin from your photos, or your own face.

  5. Step 5

    First drafts

Your first carousels, waiting in Notion.

Setup takes about 2 hours, once. Every step ends with what you now have and what comes next. Lose your place and type "Where am I?". Claude tells you the step you're on and the words to type next.

Then, every week

Create my content for the week

  • Ask

Claude sends the hooks first. You cut the ones you don't want, each short enough to judge in three seconds.

  • Read

Full drafts land in Notion: script, on-screen text, caption and call to action.

  • Accept

Move what you like to Accepted. Nothing gets made until you say yes.

  • Make

Claude makes the avatar videos and the slides, saved to your Google Drive.

  • Post

Scheduled through Metricool to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, on the days your plan sets.

Your time

5 minper reel, carousel or day of stories

Once you're set up. A week of four reels, three carousels and a story every day comes to a little over an hour.

Once a month, say "Review my month". Each post is judged against your own average and its own goal: what to keep, what to stop, one thing to test.

Who it's for

For anyone who wants to post without starting over.

Starting again

You've stopped before

You had ideas at the start, then the weekly making ate your evenings. You want a plan that's still there in month three.

Already selling

You know your offer, not your posts

You have something to sell and no idea what to post about it. You want every post to lead somewhere real.

Staying off camera

You'd rather not be seen

You've filmed yourself and deleted it. You want a face for your brand that you're comfortable with, or no video at all.

What's inside

Everything lives in your Notion.

You duplicate one workspace, connect Claude, and follow the Start Here page. Here is what you have when setup is done.

The workspace home: Brand Strategy, the Content Engine, and the Start Here page.

Your brand and your plan

Built once, read before every post

  • A Brand Brain: who you help, their exact words, your one sentence, three content pillars, your point of view, story, proof and voice
  • Where you stand apart from three accounts you watch
  • Brand Memory: your own material plus niche research, every source linked
  • Your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube bios
  • An offer ladder (Free, Low Ticket, Core, Premium), sorted from what you sell or researched from competitor reviews
  • A keyword, call to action lines, a DM reply and DM follow-ups for every offer
  • A free guide as a PDF in your brand, five welcome emails, sales page copy and a funnel check
  • A Content Plan for your stage, a weekly rhythm, one number to watch, and a Hook Bank of about 30 hooks

Your content, every week

Written in your voice, in your language

  • Every post with one goal: Save, Share, Follow or Lead
  • A hook you can scan at a glance, and a call to action to one of your real offers
  • Reels with on-screen text for people watching on mute, and three cover options
  • Carousels that always include a slide worth saving
  • Stories for every day of your plan
  • An avatar whose face stays the same in every image, with a character sheet and scene prompts
  • Talking heads in HeyGen or short videos in Seedance, captions timed to your voice
  • A claims check that flags risky lines and offers a safer version
The things you say to Claude
  • Create my content for the week

Or "for the month". Hooks first, then full drafts.
  • Turn this idea into content

From a thought, a link, a screenshot or a voice note.
  • Flip my saved reels

Also carousels. Keeps the structure, rewrites every word in your voice, never copies the other creator's offer or numbers.
  • Mine my comments

Your audience's exact words, questions and objections, turned into post ideas.
  • Review my month

What to keep, what to stop, one thing to test.
  • Where am I?

The step you're on and the words to type next.

Meet the live demo

Hi, I'm Solène.

I'm an AI avatar, and I say so openly. You've already seen the product working, because you're looking at it.

  • Every reel, carousel and story on my account comes out of this system
  • Nobody films me. The person who built me has never been on camera once
  • About five minutes a post, down from a couple of hours a day

See @iamsolene.ai on Instagram (opens in a new tab)

Why she built it

She started an Instagram account three times before I existed. Each time she stopped after a month or two. Content took a couple of hours a day, and she still didn't know what to post or what to sell.

For fifteen years her job has been change management: finding where a team's work gets stuck and making it lighter. So she looked at her own content the way she looks at a client's process. Every post started from a blank page, and every decision got made again from scratch. She built the thing that removes the blank page.

Case study

Clara's Sunday.

Clara wanted a brand of her own. She is very shy on camera, and she didn't know where to start. Now she shows up as an AI avatar, so the camera no longer stands between her and posting.

  • Sunday eveningShe sits down for an hour and asks Claude for the week, or to flip posts she saved.
  • Same hourShe accepts the ones she likes, then closes the laptop.
  • The rest of the weekClaude writes the scripts, makes the videos, edits them and schedules them.

Is this for you?

The things people worry about.

"I'm not technical."

You talk to Claude in plain sentences. Setup is nine steps, each with the exact words to type, and short videos walk you through them. Lose your place and type "Where am I?".

"I have no audience yet."

Your plan starts from your stage. At zero, it builds toward your first follows and your first email subscribers with a free guide, before it asks anyone to buy.

"I have no time."

About five minutes per post once you're set up. You spend that time deciding. Claude does the making.

"Will it sound like me?"

It writes from your Brand Brain, your customers' words and your voice, including the lines you would never say. And you read every draft before anything gets made. If it doesn't sound like you, you cut it.

"I don't want to show my face."

That's a real reason, and you don't owe anyone an explanation for it. Use an AI avatar, an AI twin from your photos, or your face if you ever want to. Or skip video for now and post carousels and stories.

"I don't post in English."

Claude writes every post, caption and slide in the language you post in.

"What do I need to pay for on top?"

Before you buy

The Quiet Content Engine plans, writes and helps you make your content, so posting every week stops costing you your evenings.

What happens after you post depends on your niche, your offers and how long you keep going. Nobody can honestly promise you views, followers or sales, so we don't.

Or let us do it for you

Film once. Then never again.

For coaches, consultants, therapists, accountants, lawyers, property agents, recruiters and course creators.

You've filmed yourself and deleted it, more than once. So you post text, or nothing, while people with less experience post video and get the calls.

One recording session, about an hour, from your laptop at home. You read a script, so you're not performing. Nobody sees that footage but us. From it we build your avatar and clone your voice inside The Quiet Content Engine. After that, your videos are made from text.

Built and run for you

We set everything up and make your content every month. It arrives on your own approval page, so you sign off before anything posts.

Built and handed over

We build the same setup in your own accounts and train you on it. Then you run it yourself with the Claude skill.

Both include MuzeVault, a library of more than 500 image and motion prompts for AI avatar scenes, with new ones every week.

We'll go through what fits you and what it costs.

Questions

Short answers.

Anything else? Write to contact@studiolumai.com.

What exactly am I buying?

A Notion workspace and a Claude skill that runs it, plus short videos that walk you through setup.

How long does setup take?

About 2 hours, once. The Start Here page walks you through nine steps, and if you stop halfway, type "Where am I?" to pick up where you left off.

Do I keep access?

Yes. Access is lifetime, and every update is included.

Do I need Claude Pro?

Yes. The free Claude plan won't carry the setup or a full week of content.

Does it post for me?

It schedules through Metricool once you connect it. You approve every post before anything is made.

What if I already sell something?

Claude sorts your offers into a ladder without rewriting them.

What if I sell nothing yet?

It researches what buyers in your niche still want and suggests two or three offer ladders to choose from.

When I flip someone's post, am I copying them?

Claude keeps the structure and rewrites every word in your voice. It never copies the other creator's offer or numbers.

Does it work beyond Instagram?

It writes bios for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and schedules reels to all three.

How do I get help?

By email, at contact@studiolumai.com. Write to us and we'll answer.
